1) This birthday fic is for Karol who requested that Josiah comfort. Since she didn't specify who got hurt, I figured I'd just hurt everybody. :-)
2) This has been written as if it were Josiah's journal for the month of October. I know that' s a little unusual, but, please give it a chance.
3) I have limited medical knowledge so I tried to stick with what I know so there may be some repeat hurts. Oh, and I count embarrassment as a hurt too - just not a physical one.
