I've seen a lot of 100-prompt, 10-prompt, 50-prompt, etc. challenges out there on livejournal. Unfortunately for me, most of the one's I've seen either already have someone signed up for M7 fics or are closed/no longer available to use.

As one would expect that frustrated me, so... I took the words from a bunch of those various tables, put them in a list and randomly selected 40 words to put into a table. To make it even more challenging for me, I've decided that each row of 5-words will be in a different AU and that I would write all 40 stories within the 31 days of October (though I won't have access to a computer Oct. 27-31, so the last update may be in November).

Why am I doing this to myself when I have so many WIPs? Two reasons: 1) my plot pixies made me do it 2) If I can write other stories, it will hopefully get me over the writer's block that is currently stopping me from finishing my WIPs.

As I finish the stories, I will link them to the appropriate challenge.
